BLACKBERRY FIELD MARKETING TOOL

In 2013, BlackBerry prioritised experiential trial over traditional advertising to drive consideration in a highly competitive smartphone market.

​

To support this, we designed a field reporting platform that enabled brand ambassadors and influencers to capture activity, imagery, and sales data in real time. The system gave marketing teams clear visibility of activation performance, ROI, and resource deployment across the UK, helping optimise experiential investment.
