I work at the intersection of strategy, creative technology, and product innovation, with a focus on designing and scaling digital and AI-driven products that are useful, responsible, and commercially viable. My experience spans agency leadership, startup founding, and advisory roles, and I’m most effective where complex technology needs to be translated into clear decisions, compelling experiences, and real-world impact.

Strategy & Product Leadership

I lead digital and product strategy from early exploration through to launch and scale. This includes defining product vision, shaping propositions, and aligning technology, user needs, and business goals. I’m particularly strong at strategy, discovery, insight synthesis, and turning ambiguity into clear direction.

AI & Emerging Technology

Over the past several years, I’ve focused on applied, human-centred AI. My work includes emotion-aware systems, conversational AI, and adaptive interfaces, with a strong emphasis on privacy-first design and interpretability. I work closely with data scientists and engineers to balance technical possibility with usability, trust, and adoption.

Experience Design & Delivery

I design end-to-end digital experiences, from early concepts and prototypes through to live products. My background in UX, interaction design, and service design allows me to bridge creative thinking with practical delivery, using agile and iterative methods to test, learn, and refine.

Leadership & Team Building

I’ve led and mentored multidisciplinary teams across design, UX, product, data, and engineering in both agency and startup environments. I’m experienced in building teams, setting direction, and creating collaborative cultures that support experimentation, accountability, and high-quality execution.

Commercial & Growth Experience

Alongside product and delivery, I’ve been closely involved in commercial growth. This includes new business strategy, pitching, client leadership, running digital P&Ls, fundraising, grant funding, and building strategic partnerships. I’m comfortable operating at board and senior stakeholder level.

Communication & Influence

I’m a clear and effective communicator with both technical and non-technical audiences. I regularly translate complex systems and emerging technologies into plain English for clients, partners, and policymakers. This includes public speaking, advisory roles, and committee work focused on the societal impact of AI.
