CLINTONS CARD PERSONALISATION E-COMMERCE PLATFORM

Clintons, one of the UK’s largest high-street card and gift retailers, faced growing competition from online personalisation-first brands.

We reimagined Clintons’ digital business with a new multi-channel e-commerce platform built around card and gift personalisation, integrating multiple third-party suppliers and supported by SEO and media planning around key gifting moments. The Magento-based platform repositioned the brand for digital competition, even as wider market forces continued to reshape the category.

Ultimately this innovative platform and brand refresh as not enough to save the Clintons brand.
