A key outcome of the FIFA World Football Museum digital strategy was the creation of a flagship visitor app to guide, inform, and enrich the museum experience.

The app combined wayfinding, audio guidance, proximity-triggered content, and augmented reality to bring World Cup history to life throughout the museum. Delivered with specialist partners and managed end-to-end, it became a core pillar of the visitor experience and set a new benchmark for museum mobile platforms.
