INTEL IT MANAGER GAME

To engage hard-to-reach IT decision-makers, Intel commissioned IT Manager: Unseen Forces, a web-based simulation game that put players in charge of running a corporate IT department.

Players balanced day-to-day infrastructure issues with longer-term technology strategy as their virtual organisations grew, turning Intel’s enterprise technologies into meaningful gameplay. The platform enabled Intel to introduce new products, including the Xeon Server processor, directly within the experience.

The game attracted over 100,000 IT professionals, with strong engagement, and was later adopted by educators before evolving into a multiplayer successor.
