Nicorette’s ActiveStop programme doubled smokers’ chances of quitting by providing structured behavioural support.
We designed and delivered a multi-channel platform spanning web, email, two-way SMS, IVR, and mobile, supporting over 100,000 participants across 22 countries.
The programme later extended into social with the Invisipatch™ 1 Week Challenge on Facebook, using personalised content and social support to help smokers through the critical first week of quitting.
