Quintessentially needed its website to more clearly articulate the value of its luxury concierge service and generate qualified membership leads.

Research across key global markets revealed that prospects and their assistants had limited time and were missing the benefits most relevant to their lifestyle. The strategy focused on rapid self-identification: enabling users to quickly profile their interests and immediately receive personalised service information.

The resulting visual profiling experience significantly improved lead generation and remained in use for over five years.
