SAP manages hundreds of sponsorship activations each year across dozens of rights and global markets, but existing tools could not support the operational complexity.
​
With no suitable SaaS solution available, we defined and designed a bespoke global sponsorship platform to centralise planning, activation, and communication. The system provided leadership, regional teams, and agency partners with a shared view of events, messaging, guest management, and technology showcases worldwide.

The platform streamlined day-to-day operations, improved global visibility, and was delivered as a highly profitable project.
