Test My Witness® is a human-centred LegalTech platform designed to help witnesses prepare for high-stakes testimony by improving emotional composure, clarity and credibility. Launched at Legalweek, New York, in March 2025, it applies AI to the human side of law—supporting witness performance rather than automating legal judgement.

Built on A-dapt’s proprietary Emotion AI and Adaptive Media® technology, Test My Witness enables witnesses to practise mock testimony and see how they come across under pressure. Using secure, browser-based analysis, the system assesses emotional signals such as attention, positivity, energy and stress in real time, visualising them through intuitive on-screen feedback. This allows witnesses to regulate delivery, build consistency and improve credibility before entering a courtroom or deposition.

Unlike traditional witness preparation, which is costly and difficult to scale, Test My Witness provides a privacy-first, repeatable training environment. Lawyers can review sessions, add structured feedback and track improvement over time, while witnesses gain confidence through insight and practice. The platform demonstrates how emotionally intelligent AI can strengthen testimony and outcomes in critical legal situations.
