The Youth Sport Trust is a UK charity dedicated to improving young people’s lives through high-quality physical education and sport.

As part of a three-year growth plan, we led a six-month strategic engagement to evolve the organisation’s brand, membership proposition, and go-to-market approach. A full audit revealed that YST’s messaging and offerings had become overly complex, limiting audience understanding and action.

We developed a simplified, audience-led strategy covering brand positioning, messaging, personas, and activation, enabling the organisation to implement a clearer, more effective membership growth plan.
